In response to the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, on April 6, 2022, the province announced the creation of a $1.9 million Ontario-Ukraine Solidarity Scholarship to support students attending Ontario’s publicly assisted colleges and universities.
Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and selected candidates will be contacted. The application form for 2023-2024 will be posted soon.
4 awards of $10,000 each are available.

Eligibility
Open to both domestic and international students, but student must be living in Ontario during the study period
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in an approved program who has completed at least one term (2023-2024 academic year)
Have been impacted by the conflict in Ukraine or other conflicts globally (this could include students that were in the Ukraine at the time of the invasion, students indirectly impacted by the Ukraine conflict, or students impacted by other conflicts around the globe).
