Niagara College Fall Convocation ceremonies will take place at the Welland Campus in the Simplii Financial Athletic Centre on Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th 2025.

Guest Seating
- The auditorium will open for seating approximately 90 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please arrive early. There is no reserved seating.
- All graduands are limited to three guests seated in the auditorium. Guest seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Graduands must RSVP on behalf of their guests.
- Should the auditorium become full, or if guests prefer not to be seated in the main auditorium, guests will be able to view the livestream of the ceremony in the adjacent auditorium. Signage and staff will be available to direct guests to the overflow viewing area.
- Guests are welcome to join the graduates following the ceremony.

Niagara College is committed to ensuring that all of our Convocation participants – graduates, guests and faculty – experience a day that is enjoyable, as well as memorable.
If you require accessibility arrangements, please complete the Accessible Seating Request Form so that we can arrange appropriate accommodations.
Please note the following will be available at each ceremony:

- Closed captioning on all digital presentations
- On-site American Sign Language interpreter
- Service Animals permitted
Out of respect for our employees, students, and guests with allergies, we request that you limit the use of scented products while attending our convocation celebrations.
Photography During the Ceremony
As a courtesy to graduands and guests, please refrain from taking photographs in the aisles during the ceremony. Our photographer will take photos throughout the ceremony, and photo galleries will be available on both Facebook and the ceremony webpage (you do not need a Facebook account to look at the photos.). There will be many opportunities to take photos following the ceremony.
Please note: Convocation and related events are Webcast live, videotaped, photographed and recorded. Your confirmation to attend Convocation confirms your willingness to appear in Webcasts, videotapes, photographs and recordings, and releases Niagara College from all liability in connection therewith.
Directions and Parking
Parking on campus is free during Convocation. The ceremony will take place at the Welland Campus Simplii Financial Athletic Centre (Google Maps), accessed via the Main Athletic Centre entrance off of 100 Niagara College Boulevard.
