NC Convocation Ceremonies occur every June and October. For June ceremonies, graduation requirements must be met by early May. For October ceremonies, graduation requirements must be met by early September. Not all programs graduate in June or October ceremonies.

Note: If you have not paid your fees, your credential will be withheld until all fees have been paid in full. Students with outstanding accounts will not be able to access services such as transcripts and registration.

How do I know if I’m graduating?

Once final grades are available online on May 4, 2026 (see: Important Dates) potential graduates can check their graduation status by logging into MyNC and accessing their online grade report.

If a program is not listed and you believe that you should be graduating, please email Enrolment Services at [email protected].

Update Your Address

The “Home Address” should be the address where you want to receive mail from the college. This includes your diploma, degree, or certificate, should you not attend convocation. These certifications will be mailed to the “Home Address” stated on your MyNC.

Please take a moment to check what address is listed and update, if needed, to be sure your mail arrives to your home.
