T&L (Teaching & Learning) Conversations are small, informal, and guided conversations akin to a book or journal club. Participants come together virtually to discuss key impressions of the selected resource and reflect on how the themes explored in the resource relate to our lived experiences as educators. Join colleagues from Niagara, Mohawk, Fanshawe, Lambton, and St. Clair Colleges in a guided conversation to discuss your insights and reflections on the following resource:

This short opinion article introduces us to elements of hidden curriculum; unspoken attitudes, values, and expectations that shape the educational environment. After reading this article and joining us for further discussion, we hope that participants will gain a deeper understanding of the hidden curriculum and acquire practical tools to enhance their teaching practices, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and supportive educational experience for all students.
