Do you want to connect with your students online in real time?  Would you like to bring guest speakers into your classrooms virtually? Join us for an introduction to the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra webconferencing system and learn about features that will allow you to present content and engage your students in real time.  By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Select tools and active learning approaches to engage students during synchronous sessions.
  • Describe important access limitations for synchronous instruction.
  • Supplement synchronous sessions appropriately to ensure that students are able to equitably participate in and contribute to their learning.

Please review the following important notes:

  • Registration for each session will close 1 hour prior to the start time.
  • To participate fully in the session, you will require an internet enabled device and a stable internet connection.

  • You will receive a link to join the online session 1 hour before the session is due to begin.
