Supporting Trans & Non-Binary Students in Your Teaching and Learning Spaces
March 31, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
This 90-minute webinar will provide you with a deeper understanding of gender identity and expression in order to allow you to be a more informed and aware ally to trans and non-binary students at NC. In this session you will consider the lived experiences of trans and non-binary students at NC and how it impacts their educational experiences, learn about strategies and approaches for building trans inclusive learning spaces, and reflect on your own approaches as an educator.
All are welcome and we are committed to providing a safe(r) space for these conversations to take place. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to Whitney Ross, Educational Developer, Inclusivity at [email protected]
