Supporting Student Well-Being and Addressing Disruptive Behaviours Online

Online learning environments pose different opportunities for instructors to connect and collaborate with their students in order to create inclusive and supportive learning environments wherein all students can contribute in meaningful ways and are supported to achieve their learning goals. This session will explore how instructors can promote inclusivity in their online learning environment, utilize strategies to support the wellbeing of their students, and establish norms for classroom management and addressing potential problematic behaviour online.
