Education in Equity 101 – A new webinar series focused on learning about and unpacking concepts in equity and inclusion in higher education. Each of these 60 minute introductory sessions will provide you with a foundational understanding of a topic and its impact in teaching and learning spaces.

What is cultural safety and what does it look like for Indigenous students? How do social and historical contexts and structural power and inequities shape affect educational experiences for Indigenous students? Sign up for Equity in Education 101: Indigenous Cultural Safety to begin to unpack Indigenous cultural safety and why it is critical for equity in education.

  • Registration for each session will close 1 hour prior to the start time.
  • To participate fully in the session, you will require an internet enabled device and a stable internet connection.
