In 2013 a student of the Environmental Management and Assessment program completed a business proposal for biodiesel Vehicles as a part of her internship with the Sustainability office. The Facilities Management Services (FMS) was looking to replace four college-owned fleet vehicles. Before making a purchase, it was important to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of implementing alternative fuel vehicles as a replacement. This business case outlines the environmental, social and economic benefits for the College as a result of the transition from gasoline to alternative fuel fleet vehicles.
