Principles of Consumer Behaviour

The psychological aspects of consumer behaviour are examined in order to better understand your target market as consumers. Needs and motivation, risk perception, group dynamics, attitudes, and the consumer decision-making process are discussed. Case studies apply consumer psychology to the formulation of marketing plans and sales presentations.
