Spanish IV
In this course, students will be encouraged to expand their functional vocabulary and to acquire increased proficiency in additional social settings. Expressions necessary for dialogue with doctors, hospitals and hotel staff, etc. will be presented. Students will be introduced to new grammatical structures that build on those previously learned. More detailed cultural characteristics of a variety of Hispanic communities, will also be discussed. Success in this course will be enhanced if students have acquired the knowledge and skills taught in LANG 1304 (Spanish - Level III).
