Writing for Business Professionals
Successful business communication is best achieved when proper strategies are used. It is essential for you to write messages that achieve their purpose by communicating with your audience efficiently and professionally. Through the study of short business documents (letters, memos and e-mails) and reports (informal and formal), this course will introduce techniques and strategies you can use to present your ideas effectively. In addition to writing skills, you will need excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. You will develop these skills through participating in group activities and authoring group reports.
