Management Cost Accounting II
In this course you will take a managerial approach to the study of cost accounting and decision analysis in various types of organizations. You will cover such topics as master and flexible budgets, standard costs and overhead analysis, variable and absorption costing, segment reporting, reporting for control, the study of relevant costs and revenues, analysis of management control systems, capital budgeting and performance measurement techniques. You will also use microcomputer spreadsheet applications for the coverage of these topics.
