Admission decisions for competitive programs are rendered based on the Binding Policy Directive from the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, which states the following…
Applicants are to be accepted into oversubscribed competitive programs according to the following order of preference:
- residents of Ontario
- residents of provinces and territories in Canada
- other applicants
The following programs are potentially competitive for the 2024–2025 academic years:
- Advanced Care Paramedic
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Dental Assisting Levels I and II
- Dental Hygiene
- Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant
- Paramedic
- Practical Nursing
- Practical Nursing – Alternative Delivery
- Social Service Worker
If you are not a resident of Ontario, we still welcome your participation in the admissions process for these programs, including any testing that may be required. Should there be enough qualified Ontario residents to fill the program, your application will be considered for a waiting list position.
In order to determine if you meet eligibility as an Ontario resident, please contact the Admissions office as soon as possible. We will be pleased to provide details regarding the required documentation.
