Niagara This Week wrote about NC’s April 15 Many Hands fundraising reveal in support of Pathstone Mental Health. NC’s Event Management students raised nearly $41,000 to support eight years of Art and Play Therapy programming at Pathstone.
Students recapped the four fundraising events they planned, coordinated and executed, before revealing the highly anticipated grand total. Students Holly Calvert and Olivia Johnson emceed the evening and are quoted about their desire to give back.
At the end of the ceremony, program coordinator Christine Blane surprised two students with faculty awards for their contributions throughout the year. Ashley Dykun and Andrey Shornikov received a $1,000 award.
