A message from Stephanie Wilson, Director, Centre for Organizational Excellence:

I’m pleased to share that Jacqueline Riselay will join our team as the new Organizational Development and Learning Consultant. In this role, Jacqueline will work with teams across the College to develop organizational development and learning initiatives aligned with NC’s strategic priorities.

Jacqueline is coming to us after an impressive 10-year career at the YMCA where she held a variety of positions throughout HR. In her roles at the YMCA, Jacqueline regularly consulted with business leaders proving consultations, recommending strategies, and advising them on organization development, change, transition, team culture and effectiveness. Most recently, Jacqueline worked at Mohawk College as an HR professor and Career Coach.

Jacqueline has an Honours Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour and a Diploma in Human Resources Management. When Jacqueline’s not working, you can find her taking a painting class or exploring small towns and antique markets with her partner, Brian.

Jacqueline will begin her role on Tuesday, August 6. Please join me in welcoming her.
