The NOTL Local shared a Niagara Parks news release highlighting History on Tap, a new event presented in partnership with NC at Old Fort Erie on Oct. 24.
The release highlights NC Craft beer and cider produced at the College’s Teaching Brewery and Teaching Winery, which will be paired with historically-inspired dishes as part of an immersive War of 1812 experience. It also features comments from Amanda Baldinelli, Hospitality and Events Manager with NC’s Learning Enterprises, who highlighted the opportunity for students to gain practical experience while connecting guests with brewing history and NC Craft products.
