The MICHELIN Guide’s 2026 Toronto and Region selection recognized two establishments with NC alumni connections: RPM Bakehouse in Jordan, led by Culinary Management alumna Daniella Germond, and Barrel Heart Brewing in Dundas, co-founded by Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management alumnus Mark Horsley.
RPM Bakehouse received its first Bib Gourmand, while Barrel Heart Brewing retained the distinction for a second consecutive year. The award recognizes establishments offering high-quality food at good value.
