St. Catharines Standard contributing columnist Jill Troyer published an opinion piece on the return of the Ontario Wine Awards, now hosted by Niagara College and George Brown Polytechnic on a rotating basis. The article notes that Niagara College will host the awards in 2027, providing students with opportunities to participate in the event.
The piece also features praise for Niagara College Teaching Winery’s 2019 Dean’s List Blanc de Noirs from renowned wine expert Tony Aspler.
“All the wines showed very well. I was especially impressed by the Niagara College 2019 Dean’s List Blanc de Noirs. It’s a spectacular sparkler,” said Aspler.
