Spring is officially here and NC is setting the stage to honour more than 7,000 soon-to-be graduates with six days of convocation ceremonies.
Spring Convocation will run from Monday, June 8 to Saturday, June 13 at the Welland Campus Simplii Financial Athletic Centre. Two ceremonies will take place daily at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., each dedicated to specific areas of study.
The Spring ceremony schedule is now live on the Convocation website. This central hub provides all the essential details regarding schedules, graduation requirements, and guest information. Visit the Niagara College Convocation website for the latest updates and further details in the coming weeks.
Deadlines for graduating students
To ensure their names are included in the official Convocation program, graduating students must meet all graduation requirements by Tuesday, May 12 at 4:30 p.m. All requirements must be finalized before their ceremony date. Graduating students will receive confirmation of their graduation status via email.
Only students with an official graduation status are eligible to RSVP. Those who have questions regarding their status may email [email protected] with their full name, student ID number, and program name.
The deadline to RSVP for convocation is Monday, June 1. Each graduating student is welcome to invite up to three guests to join the celebration in person at the Welland Campus. For those who cannot attend in person, ceremonies will be livestreamed and available to view via the Convocation website.
