Award-winning Ottawa-based Chef Marc Lepine is bringing his innovative, avant-garde approach to Canadian cuisine and culinary artistry to Niagara for what promises to be an unforgettable one-night-only takeover at Benchmark restaurant.
Chef Signature Series – A Chef’s Journey dinner featuring Chef Marc Lepine will be held on January 26, from 6-9 p.m. at Benchmark Restaurant, located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Chef Lepine is the executive chef and owner behind Ottawa’s legendary restaurant Atelier — known for pushing the envelope with extravagant tasting menus. A two-time Canadian Culinary champion, Chef Lepine’s work has received international acclaim, including recognition from The Best Chef Awards in 2024. This celebrated chef has built his foundation through experience in Toronto, France, and Italy, before taking his culinary genius to Ottawa in 2001.
In keeping with the spirit of the event, guests will enjoy a chef-guided, unrevealed menu. Guests are invited to trust their artistry as they create an exceptional meal.
