Niagara College is recognizing National Career Month with a fulsome schedule of activities for students.

November is National Career Month, a time for Canadians from coast to coast to recognize and celebrate the importance of career development, as well as the professionals who help others connect with their preferred futures. At Niagara College, that includes the dedicated team of Career and Co-op Consultants who support students in achieving their goals.

This year’s theme, “Amplify,” encourages colleges, organizations, and individuals to shine a spotlight on the power of career development. In that spirit, NC’s Career Services team is amplifying awareness of the many supports and services available to students throughout the year.

“National Career Month is the perfect opportunity for NC students to learn about and take advantage of the services and supports available to them through Career Services – not just in November, but all year round,” said Emily Caldwell, Career Consultant. “We want all NC students to have the opportunity to engage with us. Our team is flexible, approachable, and ready to support them with whatever they need.”

Throughout November, Career Services is hosting a variety of programming and initiatives designed to help students at every stage of their career journey – whether they’re exploring career options, preparing to enter the workforce, or looking to build professional connections.
