From July 28 to August 1, Benchmark will offer a special menu in celebration of Food Day Canada, alongside regular menu offerings.
Founded in 2003, Food Day Canada is a national celebration of Canadian cuisine and the people who grow, create, and enjoy it. The initiative encourages Canadians to support local farmers, fishers, chefs, researchers, and home cooks by shopping, dining, and cooking Canadian.
This limited-time Benchmark menu showcases local ingredients and highlights cuisine made with seasonal, Canadian-sourced ingredients. Menu items include:
- Wellington County Beef Tartar
Pickled Foraged Mushroom, Black Garlic, Shiso, Lavash - East Coast Lobster Roll
Butter Roll, Fried Sunchokes, Acadian Caviar - Cold Smoked Pacific Salmon
