Pelham Today: NC supports Lathrop Nature Preserve restoration project

Pelham Today reported on the Lathrop Nature Preserve restoration that will improve water quality, habitat for fish and other aquatic species in the Niagara Region. With the work now complete, trails throughout the preserve have officially reopened for public use and enjoyment. Interpretive signage is also set to be installed later this year to help visitors better understand the natural features of the area.

The article highlights that for the restoration, the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) worked with Niagara College and Freshwater Conservation Canada, as well as local researchers and restoration professionals on the project.
