On May 19, the three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard, and Welland Tribune) reported on a Niagara-on-the-Lake Committee of the Whole meeting held on May 13, where councillors received an update outlining this year’s plans, including the addition of a seasonal kiosk, constructed by NC’s School of Trades students. More than two years in the making, the kiosk is located outside the old courthouse on Queen Street and serves as a welcome centre for both residents and visitors.
