The Niagara College community and applicants are advised of the following impacts to mail service from NC during the Canada Post strike. Please note that Canada Post is not delivering nor collecting mail at this time.

Outgoing College mail

All outgoing mail from NC users at both campuses is being collected by Ricoh (the College’s mailroom contractor) and will be posted when the strike concludes.

Time sensitive items should be sent out via Courier at this time.

Note: Student records sent via Courier must be arranged and paid for by the student.

Information for applicants

Physical mail from the College, including acknowledgements, acceptance packages, pre-registration information, and wait-list letters, may be delayed.

We encourage all applicants to please check your email for important information from the College. You can also check the status of your application via MyNC.

Credential requests

If you have requested your credential to be mailed, you have the option to pick it up from Enrolment Services at the Welland Campus or the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please see your email for instructions.
