Education News Canada: NC and George Brown unite to launch student-made wine and culinary range

Education News Canada shared George Brown College’s (GBC) release announcing GBC and NC are launching the Trillium Cellars Project, a collaboration that showcases the unique strengths of both institutions in winemaking, culinary and hospitality industries. The project was unveiled at The Chef’s House in Toronto, where guests previewed a new line of student-produced beverages.

President Sean Kennedy is quoted in the release: “For more than 20 years, the Niagara College Teaching Winery has served as a model for applied education, and we are thrilled that the Trillium Cellars Project will create unique experiential learning opportunities for even more students.”
