I am pleased to announce that Suzanne van Beek will be joining Niagara College as the Director, International Admissions and Enrolment Services, starting Sept.16.
Suzanne brings over a decade of experience in team mentoring and project leadership within post-secondary education, having held several senior management roles.
Many of you may recognize her from her previous position as Director of Campus Operations at Niagara College – Toronto, where she successfully launched and managed the Toronto Mirvish Campus, assisting over 5,000 international students. Most recently, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships with MyBeacon in Toronto.
Suzanne’s extensive experience will undoubtedly be a significant asset to our team and institution, and I am thrilled to have her join us.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Melissa Plamondon for her outstanding leadership in the secondment role over the past year. During her time, she has made significant and insightful contributions to the team. On Sept. 28, Melissa will return to her previous role with Enrolment Services as the Systems and Reporting Coordinator and Business Analyst.
