The three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) released a profile on Colleen Morton, an Office Administration – Health Services program alumna (2021) who recently started her own business, 39 Hers. The Port Colborne-based shop sells gently used items, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Birchway Niagara, an organization supporting women and children experiencing domestic violence.
Seven years ago, Morton escaped a domestic violence situation with her two children and began rebuilding her life. After establishing a career in medical office administration, she felt a calling to do more, leading her to open 39 Hers. The grand opening took place on August 17.
