On August 15, the three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) released an interview with Regatta Chair Bill Schenck on the 2023 World Rowing Championship taking place in St. Catharines from August 18 to 25.
Schenk is quoted in the article mentioning NC’s efforts to support building a new aligner hut for the competition: “We worked with St. Catharines Home Builders and the Niagara College and built a new aligners hut at the start, and there’s a press area built out with seating for 50.”
