The three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) released a July 19 article on Digital Oasis Media, a new film and video production company based in Welland. Among the three creative talents behind the company is NC alumnus Josh Flavell (Broadcast Radio Television and Film program, 2022).
