Dip your quills, mark your scrolls, and get ready to experience Project Brew – Medieval Faire! This August, Niagara College’s fourth-semester Brewmaster & Brewery Operations students will showcase their skills by crafting the finest and tastiest beer.
Join us to sip and savour great beer made right on campus from our students in the Beer Sales and Promotions class, enjoy delicious treats prepared by our Culinary Arts students, and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award, celebrating the most beloved student brew of the faire.
