In an effort to make it easier for College employees to request support or submit orders from ITS, the IT Service Portal & Catalogue has been redesigned.
NC employees can continue to access services online via the myNC Portal or at niagaracollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1900/Portal/Home/
They can also add the IT Service Desk to their bookmarks.
Service options have been streamlined for users to submit tickets more quickly, browse the knowledge base of FAQ’s, and more.
The most notable changes are when submitting requests when something is not broken, and where to find things to order.
The IT Service Desk continues to be available by phone weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (905) 735-2211 ext. 7642, and we look forward to serving you better through the improved IT Service Desk.
