We would like to announce the retirement of three of our incredible program coordinators, Michael Santoro, Cindy Agnoletto, and Nancy Bellantino. We are grateful for their welcoming, passionate, trailblazing, and student-focused leadership in the classroom and beyond. Please join us in celebrating Mike, Cindy, and Nancy’s outstanding careers. We’ll miss their presence and impact in the School of Business and Management, but we wish them all the best in this exciting new phase of life.
Michael Santoro
Mike Santoro has had an impressive 25 years of innovative service at Niagara College. Mike was hired as a full-time faculty in August 1999 in the Operations Management program within the School of Business. Mike’s passion for teaching and commitment to excellence quickly became evident. Just a year later, in 2000, Mike took on the role of Program Coordinator and played a pivotal role in launching the Professional Golf Management program. In 2011, Mike embarked on another exciting journey by providing vision and leadership as the Sport Management/Sport Administration program was established. In 2018, Mike accepted the position of Interim Athletic Director. Mike has not only contributed to our academic programs but has also been a mentor, a collaborator, and a friend to many of us. Mike’s dedication to student development and program innovation has been truly inspiring. We wish Mike continued health and happiness as he embarks on this new chapter. Good luck on the golf course and enjoy future travel adventures, Mike!

Cindy Agnoletto
In 2013, Cindy Agnoletto embarked on a new chapter, joining Niagara College as a full-time professor in Office Administration, Medical, following a distinguished 30-year career in healthcare. A proud alumna, Cindy graduated from the Health Records program at the Welland Campus. Her educational journey continued as she earned an Honours Bachelor of Health Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University. In 2019, Cindy assumed the role of program coordinator, leading the Office Admin Health Services students through the challenges of the pandemic, which profoundly impacted the healthcare sector. Cindy adeptly adapted the curriculum to reflect the evolving roles of office administration and health services professionals in response to Covid-19. Known for her passion for storytelling, Cindy shared her wealth of experience with her students, emphasizing the profound impact they can have on patients’ lives. The School of Business and Management is grateful to have Cindy as both an alumna and a dedicated faculty member. As Cindy embarks on retirement, we extend our best wishes, confident that her time will be filled with the love of her grandchildren and exciting travels.

Nancy Bellantino
In 1995, Nancy joined Niagara College as a full-time faculty member, transitioning from a private practice in Welland. Her legal background includes expertise in family litigation, estate, and real estate law. Nancy’s journey to academia began with her articling at a Toronto firm, culminating in her call to the Bar of Ontario in 1990. Beyond her legal career, Nancy is a respected community leader, having held executive and membership roles in various community organizations. Throughout her tenure at Niagara College, Nancy has been dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences to her students. This commitment was notably showcased when she supported one student’s aspiration to become a lawyer, ultimately achieving acceptance into Osgoode Hall. With 29 years of service at NC, Nancy will be missed by her colleagues across the College. We extend our heartfelt wishes for Nancy’s happiness and health as she embarks on new adventures, spending time with her loved ones and travelling. Thank you, Nancy, for your invaluable contributions to the College.
