The three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) released an April 22 article on NC alumnus Robbie Aggarwal’s (Culinary Management – Co-op, 2016) growing butcher and deli business, Norcini. Aggarwal also represented Canada in the Culinary Olympics in Germany in 2016.
The article highlights that this spring, Norcini will launch a wood-fired pizza concept, Lela Park Pizza, in the Norcini parking lot out of a transformed U-Haul truck.
