On April 4, Giant FM announced that NC Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students will be hosting Project Brew – Pints in the Pines on April 12 at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The student-led beer festival will feature 16 student craft beers, live music and culinary offerings from NC’s Culinary Arts program.
