The NOTL Local, Pelham Today, Thorold Today and the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) announced that NC alumnus Luigi Greco (Law & Security Administration program, 1993) was appointed as one of two new Deputy Chiefs of Police for the Niagara Regional Police Service.
