We are thrilled to announce the completion of our 2023 Employee Engagement Survey and would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your participation. Your insights have provided valuable feedback that will guide us in enhancing our workplace environment at Niagara College.
The survey results reflected a positive outlook for Niagara College, showcasing high levels of engagement among our staff and faculty. The results have also highlighted areas of strength within the College while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
To further explore the results, we invite all employees to join us for a virtual session on Monday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 10:15 am. During this session, our survey consultant, Norm Ballie-David from Entegrite Consulting, will present an overview of the College-wide survey results. Please register for the webinar here.
Norm is a recognized expert in employee engagement, organizational development, and market research; and is a seasoned bilingual (English/French) online and in-person facilitator, with more than thirty years of experience across Canada and around the world. Norm is well-known for his capability to turn mountains of data into a cohesive, compelling, and insightful story which leads to action. He knows NC well through his experience supporting us in both the 2019 and 2021 survey process.

Following the session, each College school/department will be tasked with implementing action plans to foster continuous improvement at NC. More information on action planning will be shared shortly.
