A message from Carol Phillips, Dean, Community Services, Justice and Fitness Studies:
It is with delight that I share Jaclyn (Jackie) Frail has joined the Community Services, Justice and Fitness Division as Associate Dean, School of Community Services.
Following a career at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Jackie first came to Niagara College as a professor in the Recreation Therapy Program. Jackie has been acting in the role of Interim Associate Dean for the past 18 months embracing academic leadership, operational planning, and fostering meaningful connections internal and external to the College. During her interim role, Jackie completed the Management Success program, engaged in various college committees, including the Academic Integrity Working Group and the Program Change and Development Committee, fostered global partnerships, and championed articulation agreements.
Jackie possesses a Master of Education in Post Secondary Studies from Memorial University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy – Higher Education from the University of Toronto.
