Niagara College is ushering in the Winter Term with more than 2,000 new students embarking on their studies on January 8.
Engagement leaders and volunteers will be available on campus during the first week of classes (Jan. 8-12) to support students.
At the Welland Campus, staff and volunteers will be located at the entrance by Simcoe/Secord and the International office, the main campus entrance and the Athletics entrance. At the Daniel J. Patterson Campus, students will be greeted by the Orientation team at the main campus entrance, the Marotta entrance and at the door beside Career Services.
Employees are also encouraged to help provide a ‘warm NC welcome’ to all students in the hallways and to assist new students who may need help finding their way around campus. When possible, wear your NC branded clothing, or you can request an ‘Orientation’ t-shirt by emailing Marilia Fructuoso Machado Welter, Student Experience Coordinator.
