On December 26, Pelham Today released a 2023 year in review by MPP Sam Oosterhoff.
In the review, MPP Oosterhoff highlights the aim to reduce the stigma around skilled trades and increase the number of people who can work to build Ontario, which came to fruition with details of a new pre-apprenticeship program for Niagara College.
