In partnership with the Research & Innovation (R&I) Divisions, Global Engagement is embarking on an exciting initiative in Global Research & Innovation, which responds to a compelling trend in the global postsecondary landscape. Institutions worldwide are increasingly interested in learning about Niagara College’s successful applied research administration model, with proven success in Mexico, Chile, Jamaica, and Colombia. Niagara College is increasingly being called upon to share its expertise.
This initiative seeks to demonstrate cross-departmental collaboration, fostering the development of programs, resources, presentations, and tools that will facilitate the continuous expansion of NC’s Global Engagement and Research & Innovation teams. In doing so, we will continue to showcase NC’s excellence in Global Research and Innovation and provide a platform for an individual at NC to elevate their expertise and share insights with the College community.
We are offering a short-term secondment opportunity to a passionate individual at NC who is knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic about applied research. We are specifically seeking an individual with experience in Research and Innovation, applied research administration who understands learner-centred curriculum.
In this role, you will become an integral part of the Global Engagement and Niagara Research and Innovation’s dedicated teams, holding a cross-appointment for the duration of the secondment. You will be at the forefront of global research and innovation as you contribute your expertise to this visionary initiative.
