The three Niagara dailies (Welland Tribune, St. Catharines Standard and Niagara Falls Review) released a report on the 25 employers in the Hamilton-Niagara region.
The article highlights that Niagara College’s commitment to health by providing subsidized access to an online fitness facility, a strong maternal and parental leave top-up program, and strong retirement support are some of the reasons why the College was selected as a top employer.
President Kennedy is also quoted in the article: “This recognition as a top employer is a testament to employee excellence and our institution’s commitment to inclusivity, professional development and collaboration.”
