Niagara College’s Student Appreciation Day was a special celebration that brought together thousands of students and over 35 departments at the Welland Campus on October 31 and the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake on November 2.

The annual event provides the NC community with the opportunity to express gratitude and affection for our beloved students. This year’s “Spooky Fall” theme was brought to life by dedicated NC employees who went above and beyond, dressing up in costumes and decorating offices and workspaces with festive Halloween décor.
The hallways buzzed with excitement as students enjoyed a variety of delicious treats and participated in fun games and giveaways on campus. Throughout the day, you could find students engaged in enthusiastic conversation about the exciting activities that took place.

Student testimonials on social media echoed the success of the day:
- “So many giveaways and free food! Great day to be on campus.”
- “Loved these fun games, it was so exciting searching between classes and rewarding if you located the missing item!”
- “Walking on campus today was a blast! Loved all the decorations.”
