On November 15, the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Welland Tribune and Niagara Falls Review) released an article discussing the Niagara region’s wine industry. The article touches on how NC’s Teaching Winery is helping produce creative and knowledgeable leaders for the industry’s future.
The article also interviews several students currently in the Winery and Viticulture Technician program, asking questions such as why they chose to study winemaking at NC.
