A message from NC Cares 2023 Co-Chairs Becky Sciliberto and Ali Weir:
Mark your calendars! Our annual NC Cares United Way workplace campaign will launch on Tuesday, October 3.
This year’s campaign goal of $50,000 aims to further NC’s incredible impact in our local community. Launch day will feature online and in-person opportunities for our NC community to donate, including booth presence at both campuses. Employees are invited to engage with members of your NC Cares Campaign Committee between 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the following campus locations:
- Welland Campus – foyer area near Security and the Segal International Centre (Secord entrance)
- Niagara-on-the-Lake – entrance of the Rankin Family Student Commons (lower level)
Last year, NC donations helped United Way Niagara to reach 175,000 individuals and families in our community experiencing poverty, food insecurity, mental health challenges and homelessness.
NC has a strong legacy of community partnerships, and united #NCTogether, we can accomplish more than any one individual.
