A July 21 article from InNiagara reported on final-term, NC Brewmaster students who celebrated five medals and a Grand National Champion title at the 2023 U.S. Open College Beer Championship.
Professor Jon Downing is quoted in the article: “This year’s results are superb! It’s amazing that this class of only 10 students won five medals – a medal for each beer that they entered into the competition.”
