Dean of NC’s Culinary, Tourism and Beverage Studies division Craig Youdale spoke about Caps, Corks and Forks on CKTB 610 radio on January 30.
Youdale was a guest on the radio show “The Drive with Karl Dockstader” where he gave listeners an inside look at the signature dinner series known for the lively competition between NC”s wine and beer students, and a preview of what’s on the menu for the sold-out February 4 event.
