A message from the Centre for Organizational Excellence:
The Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE) is excited to launch our Winter 2023 Professional Development (PD) Calendar.
PD courses are open to all part-time and full-time employees and feature a variety of sessions offered at various times throughout the term to better accommodate employee schedules. For Winter 2023, sessions will be offered in-person.
Upcoming learning opportunities:
- Mental Health First Aid: MHFA Basic was developed to help people provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This workshop will teach participants to recognize the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and to refer people to appropriate supports
- Date: February 8 & 10 at 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
