On Saturday November 12, Niagara College welcomed hundreds of prospective students and their families to both of NC’s beautiful campuses for Fall Open House – our first completely in-person open house since 2019 – and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff, faculty and students who contributed to its great success.
Open House continues to serve as the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts and after a virtual format since Spring 2020, it was an absolute pleasure to see so many excited and eager guests exploring our campuses, chatting with faculty and staff, and discovering all that NC has to offer. It is through this event that we demonstrate to prospective students and their families why NC is the Canadian leader in applied education and experiential learning and how they can be a part of the NC difference.
While Open House is one of our most anticipated recruitment events of the year, it is also a tremendous undertaking and wouldn’t be possible without all of our dedicated NC champions who participated in the planning and execution of this event. From the Academic Marketplace and Student Services Fair to the lab and campus tours, you shone the spotlight on our college and demonstrated NC’s spirit of collaboration. Thank you for being such welcoming ambassadors for the College – I’m incredibly proud to be part of such a phenomenal team.
